I was just browsing hotukdeals.com (tempted by the 8gig Sony video MP3
player for £65) and noticed the Mankini for sale on Amazon. Surprised
that they were still trying to flog such tat so long after the film came
out, I clicked across to Amazon[1]. While there I spotted there was a
rival product attempting to undercut the Mankini, which just happened to
be made by "Bear, Bear and Bear".

So 3 clicks from my first site and I was looking at novelty beachwear.
Normally, 3 clicks gets something far worse.

By coincidence, I did buy myself some new swimming trunks yesterday
evening, but I can assure you that those have enough material in them to
    reupholster most of the South-West

[1] I was bored and sat at the PC. Having been for a run an hour or so
earlier, I was unable to move away from the PC, so decided to click
around rather than simply use it as a device to illuminate my face.

A run? Are you shrinking around the middle again?

Quite the opposite; I'm a bit [1] of a Billy Bunter at the moment, and
the occasional bit of running is my attempt to slow the inevitable.

To restore the balance, tonight I've had 5 pints and a butter chicken.

I managed to lose my man-tits in the space of a fortnight. Cut out
booze, press-ups, and drink mineral water whenever you feel you need to
    nibble.

You were getting that way last time I saw you, but I didn't like to say
    anything...
I've got a good technique - it's called the 'not eating for 5 days'
    diet.
I've had a bottle of red, no food & a 255 mile bike ride (not
    necessarily in that order).

I think you may have underestimated the scale of the problem

Oh I give in. Did you not have the food at the beginning or the end?

Well I've never met you, so .. what, are you like 25 stone for 5'1"?

Seriously, just cut out booze and do some light exercise. Depending on
your mode of getting to and from work, walk a bit more. During term, I
now walk one metro stop further towards the school, and get off one
metro stop earlier. I don't take the lift to get up here. And aside
from maybe a quarter of a glass of red on a Friday evening, booze hasn't
touched my lips for maybe a month, now.
