    And I never sent you anything. I got a message with a link, opened it and
    got told by AVG it was a worm and that it (AGV) had fucked it off. I then
    sent a message (text, no link) back to Linda where it came from, telling her
    it was a fucked link. End of story as far as I'm concerned.

    So it's not me.

    It was delivered to me by my brother's girlfiriend. I "AVG-ed" it (well AVG
    caught it) and I've never posted anything with a link on FB, so if it's my
    account sending out any virii, it's doing it by itself. I've only ever sent
    text to FB and I wasn't aware that text alone could produce or carry a
    virus. [1]

    [1] I know all links/programs.etc start out as text, but....
