Did you keep that video of The Long Way Around going?

If not no sweat as I see it's out on DVD soon (now) anyway so it might
solve a "what do I buy the old git for Christmas" :)

BTW picked up new bike at the weekend. Sad to see the Gixer go although
just for comedy value the indicators packed up as I pulled up to do the
    trade in :)

Yeah, I did but I managed to record over episode 3 with episode 4.
It's also repeated over Christmas. You're still welcome to the tape
    if you want it.
Did you go for the Fazer 1000 in the end? Where did you get it from?

I've now ordered the DVD for him for Christmas from my mum who couldn't
think of anything else, but cheers for doing it anyway. Having watched
the last one I wished I'd seen the whole thing and I'm looking forward
to stealing the DVDs from pops on Boxing Day.
See below :). I went for a 12 month old with 4000 miles on the clock,
which all feels a bit "tight" compared to the Gixer. I'm still getting
to grips with it but first impressions are good although a new rear tyre
could be required sooner than I orignally thought :(

I got it from Alf England in Bedworth. I probably could have got it a
bit cheaper but in the end they are close and have a good rep which goes
a long way. In any case the trade in on the gixer was better than
    anywhere else.

BTW I spoke to the sales bloke earlier about the pillion seat and he was
very pleased with me so I might see if I can get a discounted tyre out
    of him.

    Cheers
