Paging BVR - Made to measure jackets

Hey Baron,

Quick question for you. A while ago, you mentioned that you've dropped
the made to measure option from Underdog. Any plans to bring it back,
or is it gone for good?

You see, I'm 6"4, and might make it to 75kgs just after lunch, and
soaking wet. So if I want to buy anything off the rack, I've either got
to get an XXXL to get the length in the arms, or a M to fit around the
middle, but not have it cover my chest all the way down, in addition to
the obvious arm problem.

At $800, Tiger Angel are simply too expensive. I don't doubt that they
may be amazing quality, and everyone who has one seems to love em, but
I just can't afford that much.

The option that looks most likely at the moment is Walden Miller, since
they're an Aus company too, and do made to measure. I particularly like
the design of their retro one
(http://www.waldenmiller.com.au/retro.html), although I think I'll pass
on the bloke's sunnies.

As an aside - if anyone's got any experience with WM gear, I'd be
interested to hear it.

However (back on topic), I'd rather buy from someone that I "know", if
that makes any sense at all. Support your mates, and all that guff.

SO, just thought I'd ask. Don't have the money at the moment, so it's
not an urgent thing, but was just curious as to what your plans were.
Of course, if we end up moving to Cairns later in the year as are the
current plans, I might be better off either just keeping the airflow
jacket that I've got, or looking at vented/perforated leathers. I don't
know.

But, I just thought I'd ask.

Dunno, they haven't sent me the tickets yet.

Have a WM made to measure. Very happy with it. It's 5 years old and has
had a hiding and survived well.

Contact me off list, I think I have a pair that will suit that have been
sitting in a box for 3 years. Custom made but he cocked up the sizing
and refused to fix it (which is why I'll never go back there, despite my
pair fitting quite well)
