Paging Cab

    Apropos a drunken discussion we had a couple of French runs ago, we have
    just received a letter to let us know that the Belgian state owes us
    €760, despite us never having paid a bean in Belgian tax.

    I have no idea how that works.

    Heheh. I can just about remember our conversation too. It's nothing to do
    with local taxes or the like, is it?

    I can either put you onto a mate of mine who may be able to clarify it for
    you or you can just decide to not look a gift horse in the mouth. Lemme know.

    We think that it's because she's Belge and has two kids but no income.

    We're not asking too many questions.
