Do your perspex skills extend to bending small[1] pieces of fairly
    thin[2] sheet through 90 degrees?

    [1] Maybe 8" long by 3" wide.
    [2] 3mm ish - maybe.

Subsequent question (maybe a niche market for you, reward me when you get
rich :)), are you able to make a perspex case for an iPaq 6515?

This much I know. In fact I had a little sideline going a couple of
years ago making MV headlight protectors by sandwiching acrylic sheet
in a mould & sticking it in the oven (
    http://homepage.ntlworld.com/prestonk/mv/cover1.jpg &
    http://homepage.ntlworld.com/prestonk/mv/s_with.jpg )

But the current project may be quite a high volume, so whilst I'll do
the prototypes myself, I'll need to get them professionally
manufactured if they work as intended.

Oooo yes well you wouldn't want to make lots of them yourself, granted.
