Probably, yes. Their 70% 85% and Chilli is far better IMHO than G+B YMMV natch. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
No idea at all Yeah. Their after eight a likes are lovely, but their dark fruit and nut really doesn't seem to taste of much. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
Valrhona can be found in some supermarkets, but I grant you it's not commonly available. If you prepared to buy on line my favourite is Amedei or Cluizel.
I need to tell people to stop buying me those for christmas. I'm not sure whether I've gone off them, or they've gone downhill, or both. But the Lindt stuff is streets ahead. Has to be stored well though, last time I bought some from a different shop it was foul. Milk chocolate full of booze. What's not to like?
Sometimes I think Bin Laden has a point. Grown men discussing which is the finest chocolate. Jesus wept.
Massively sweet IIRC. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
I confess we have Hotel Chocolat delivered often enough to seldom buy anything else. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk

In its place, it now reads: 'The equivalent of 426ml of fresh liquid milk in every 227g of milk chocolate'."
yeah, but not just that - the inside of the chocolate casings surrounding the massively sweet filling was all nasty and crystalised, and the outside of the chocolate was staring to bloom white - they were well within sell-buy date - I can only presume either they had been badly stored or they came out of the factory as shit as that.
AIUI the crystalisation is the cheap way of making the shell liquid tight. As for the bloom: yeuch. -- Catman MIB#14 SKoGA#6 TEAR#4 BOTAFOF#38 Apostle#21 COSOC#3 Tyger, Tyger Burning Bright (Remove rust to reply) 116 Giulietta 3.0l Sprint 1.7 GTV TS GT 3.2 V6 Triumph Sprint ST 1050: It's blue, see. www.cuore-sportivo.co.uk
