I can't see any of the southern pooftahs riding to Leicestershire in the
cold, but any semi or full fat northern types might be able to volunteer:

Would you like to appear in RiDE with your bike? And get a set of FREE

Owing to a couple of people dropping at the last minute, we have two places
on a feature we're doing next week - we're sorry the notice is short.

You'd need to be come to Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire
(see www.bruntingthorpe.com for directions) for 10.30am on Monday Nov 9.

You'll need to be on your own bike. We'll be asking to ride on a new set of
Avon sports touring tyres and tell us what you think of them. And then you
get to ride off with them.

However, we do have only two places left - so please get in touch ASAP and
tell us what your bike is (tyres may not be available for every model). We
will confirm if you've got the place before the end of the day on Friday -
sooner if we can.

They'd be perfect for the ZRX, but in order to single handedly rescue
the economy, I have to go to work. Bah.

 

If I hadn't recently fitted a new set of Pilot Power 2CTs to the tart I
could be up for that - except that I also just Sorned it.

Would they wear turning up on a mere GFR 125 I wonder?
