Paging fellow Flitites

Who put that deep groove in the tarmac on the 507/A6 roundabout? It nearly
caught me out tonight as I took it rather hastily. The front tyre of my Ten
got caught in it and threw me off line, it took some serious holding on.



All in all quite an interesting day's riding. I did 100miles plus on my GS
and got blown all over the place. The worst was on the M11, it rained so
hard it hurt. I then did 50 odd miles on my Ten



While I'm on the subject of 10R's, what's MCN on? I saw the road test in
this week's copy. The 10R is: Faster accelerating, quicker lap times,more
powerful, less expensive to buy and cheaper to run. But MCN say:

Molly, do what everyone else with any sense does and boycott MCN.

 

I usually do but for some reason I picked it up in Tesco's yesterday. It's
in the bin now.

 

Is that still possible?

 

AOL to that. They do a huge disservice to bikers.

 

Wait a couple of months and they'll say the 10 is the worst bike ever built.
Then some fuckerfrom RiDE will say it's the best thing since sliced bread
andbefore you know it, MCN will be saying the same thing.

A couple of months? It's already been described in the bike press as
needing an ASBO which to me makes it one of the most desirable bikes
around.

 

Tell MCN quickly, before their opinion solidifies.
