    Damn that looks good.

Just so we're clear, that doesn't mean I want to eat your pork, ok?

It was superb. It's nice over-feeding the family and visiting relatives
with an £8 cut of meat from the butcher.

I gave my next-door-milfer a fair sized portion over the fence too
    Oh you so do!

I hope she gave you some roast beef in return.
No, seriously, I don't. I've just had a bit of a pork fest myself, in
the form of sausages & bacon (wiv beans 'n' eggs 'n' things). It's a
shame we can't tease V&M with such delights anymore.

  7. It was very slow roasted (three and a half hours) leg of lamb, for us.
Served with chickpeas and couscous. And PSB from the allotment. Yum.

Hope it's nothing like the crispy duck and pancakes I got from the
local takeaway [1] last night = sliced (uncrispy) duck and hoi sin
sauce with the consistency of treacle.

[1] CBA walking to the restaraunt I normally get it from.

<heads off to check young persons' dictionary>

"... a sexually suggestive action upon either a male or female, one
would use the lips and not so much the teeth, avoicing a chomp chomp
    like action"

Ah, you are indicating that youd like to nosh on my meat. Got it.

I'm sure I must've done at some point, but it didn't leave a lasting
    memory. Is it shite then?

Shite doesn't begin to describe it. When in America, ask for "Canadian
    Bacon".

  16. When asked by a local what was the difference between bacon and English
bacon, I replied 'English bacon is bacon with meat attached'.

American bacon is, essentially, the worst bit of streaky bacon, cooked
in fat until it is unrecognisable as meat.

Said local has since been to Blighty and is now converted.
