Should it not also have a number plate then?

  6. Eh? When I saw you the other day you were talking about making that SR
    into a Speedway bike..

  7. If you believe what you read then all bikes will have plates at some
    time in the future.

It wasn't a speedway bike I was thinking of either. Methinks WC is under
the impression that anything with knobblies is a multi-purpose
    trail/trials/motocross/speedway/flat-tracker/adventure bike.

I did wonder about the size of the seat on the SR and wanted to ask but
didn't about whether you were going to keep the brakes on it or not.

The seat will be modified to suit the style of the whole thing. I've
laready had it apart to see what's possible and made my mind up about
    what's getting done.

Those brakes are staying, unless I can find the right DT fork
lowers/wheel hub to use with the stanchions that are fitted. Then I can
fit a TZR250 disc with an R1 bluespot caliper.
