Thought of you yesterday. There I was filling up at the Esso at Thame, when this black BMW R1200S pulls up behind me. Lo and behold it's my mate from work. "Where have you been then" asks I "Oxford BMW" says he, "It's due a service and there's a couple of warranty issues to sort out" "Oh" says I "how surprising (not)" Seems the rear Ohlins shock is leaking, and paint is peeling off the fairing. Fortunately he took out the 3 year extended warranty when he bought it. I ventured that this was a good thing to have done, and he would almost certainly be getting his money's worth.
