BOSM is approaching rapidly, do I need to be making alternative
arrangements for the work on the Ducati, or are you still in the frame?

Still here mate. I can do it during next week if needed, or over this
weekend coming. Do you have all the parts it needs?

Excellent stuff. It needs belts and tyres, but I don't have them. Are
you around tonight, if so I'll give you a call

    Many thanks

Yeah, call me any time this evening when you're able. What tyres do you
want, so I can start searching for prices?

Road 2's I think were the clit tyre of choice.

Just slung a pair of those on the Bandit.

No idea yet if they're any good or not. 25 miles of running in
doesn't really give you much idea.

    £240 ride-in-ride-out they cost me.

Not a bad price for ride-in-ride-out.

£215 for the tyres, £25 for the fitting and disposal of old. Cheapest
I can see online is about 200 quid for the pair, so not bad for my
local tyre fitter who is excellent and I highly recommend[1].

Speaking of which, I must stick up a post advertising the part worn
D218 from the front that I've still got. It's got 3mm of thread left
so must be worth something to someone.
