Have you got room for another bike in your shed?

There's a Z250A "Kork Ballington" up here looking for a new home...

Okie Dokie - we'll see what he says shall we?

It's complete - as far as I know, it came to me in this state. Not
pristine, but it's not a complete dog either - the "Bits That Matter"
are sound and original. Apart from the exhaust which is a fairly tatty
2-1 affair - no original pipes I'm afraid.

The engine is out of the frame and the top end is off the engine.
It was removed because there's a score mark on one of the barrels
which could be removed with a rebore. There's another good set of
barrels and pistons with it. There's a complete, unused, gasket set
plus a spare rear wheel and a spare set of (non-KB) side panels there
    too.
In another box are various other spares - don't know what exactly is
    in there.
It'll come with two copies of the factory worksop manual, a parts
manual and a bag full of assorted stainless steel nuts and bolts etc.

Yeah - but not a basket case.
The rolling chassis is complete and intact.
The bottom end of the engine is complete and intact.
Lob the top end back on the engine.
Lob the engine back in the frame.
    Job done.

Many thanks Dave, but as much as I love Z250As I am going to let
    someone else have this one.

The offer was very much appreciated - I just don't have the room or
    time to do it justice.
