Paging Mike Richards

I know this is a long shot because he hasn't posted here in ages but
my brother needs to contact him.

His last known email address is bouncing and his phone details have
been lost but if anyone can get hold of him would they ask him to
either email me or my elder brother, he should have contact details
for my brother but failing that get hold of me.

It's nothing sinister, he had a Kawasaki GT750 off my brother a few
years ago on a 'long term loan' and we were chatting about the bike a
few weeks ago and wondered if it was still alive.

 

If it's dead (the bike) I may be interested in it as an organ donor.

 

Let's not assume the worst. If Anne Jackson can suddenly appear again
then I'm sure Mike can.

 

Well, that was a bit if a shock! I have barely poked my head in here
for months, and there is someone (for the first time ever I think)
paging me..

Yep, tell your bro that the beast has been serving as winter hack for
the past few years, and is currently sitting warm and snug in the
garage, waiting for me to get off my arse and do some fettling to it to
get it going for this year, due to the rear shocks biting the dust and
several other bits that really need fixing...

Say hi to him from me... Did his other halfs leg heal up OK? IIRC, she
knackered it fairly comprehensively last time we spoke... mined ewe,
that was a long while ago...

Regarding his other half: I think you're probably remembering the
incident where the dog head-butted her and broke her leg in a couple
of places? Well she broke a leg (maybe the other one?) when he dropped
his GSA at walking pace in Spain and her leg was caught under the hard
pannier. That resulted in a ukrm search being put into action because
the twat had left his phone at home and passed on a brief message to
our man in Spain saying what had happened and then seemingly vanished
for over a week.

We had all sorts of people using varying levels of contacts trying to
find out which hospital she was in, how she was being shipped home ,
when they were both coming home etc etc until eventually he phoned to
say he was back in the UK. No doubt he'll make you laugh with more
details when you speak.
