Well after abysmally painting the outside of one window [1], I've come
to the conclusion it'd be better to get a man in. Or even a woman.

    Details:-

    Downstairs:-
    Living room large double window
Front door inc window next to it and woodwork
    Utility room small window
    Back door
    Kitchen double window
    Kitchen single window

    Upstairs:-
    Bedroom 1 large double window
    Bedroom 2 double window
    Bathroom small window
    Bedroom 3 double window
    Bedroom 4 ensuite window
Bedroom 4 large double window [2]

Possibly also soffit boards, gutters, drainpipes, double garage doors.

The windows hinge at the top and I can't really see any way of painting
them properly without taking the hinged bit of window off, painting
    both halves and re-assembling?

The woodwork has a 8 year old layer of crappy paint on it, flaking off
in lots of places, and the wood beneath isn't in that brilliant
condition. I've planed a few mm of wood off the windows/doors I've
prepared (where I can) and thats got down to reasonably good wood.

Now before I go phoning around locally to get a few quotes, are there
any peeps here who want to give me a quote? I'm in Milton Keynes if you
    didn't know.

If you're a budding amateur who's good and who fancys a few (hundred?)
squid in their back pocket, thats fine. (but only if you are good and
won't **** off half way through)

[1] I really hate cutting in. No, really. FUCKING hate it. [3]
[2] This is going to be a right pain in the arse to do as its right
above the conservatory - scaffolding required.
[3] It also plays hell with my bad leg. And I can't climb ladders
really, so the upstairs windows I totally can't do.
