    Blimey, when I was at the Alhambra a few months a good half the bars
    were smoking bars, they just seem to sellotape a bit of A4 to the window
    saying "Smoking Allowed".

    Mind you, in defference to the obvious cockup in the legislation, it was
    possible to find a non smoking one, just a bit of a bastard if the one
    you wanted, for reasons of a 42" plasma screen and a rugby match,
    happened to be smoking. Ho hum.

    I won't correct the math since this has been done elsewhere. But for
    this last bit you are jumping to conclusions. Typically, this is the
    answer to the question "did you use your phone while driving in the last
    year?". But even if we assume this is the answer to "do you routinely
    use your phone while driving" this would give you a 40-50% of visible
    phone use, _assuming these people spend all their time on the phone_.

    Now I understand why you are an English teacher :)
