8:30's "late" in London for traffic.

 

If he's got to be there for 8:30, he'll have to be parked up well before
then, so he won't be in the traffic at that time. You'd certainly miss
the *worst* of it in Newcastle.

 

Odd, as you'd expect people would be trying to get away from there...

Anyway, Newcastle's way down in size compared to Brum or London, so it's
probably not a good example.
