    Seed recommendations?

I like hot, but not completely incinerated taste buds.

Depends what you want to use them for.

Do you want something that just adds heat to whatever you're cooking, or
something that contributes its own taste?

A bit of both, I guess the latter is good, but I am by no means a
    conny-sewer.

Some of the chillis found in shops require specific climatic
conditions to thrive - which you won't neccessarily know about. Even
if they grow happily enough there's no guaranteed that they'll fruit,
and if they do they may be quite different from the originals.

And plants grown from UK commercial seeds tend to be hardier anyway,
such that they'll survive in a cool conservatory over the winter, or
even carry on fruiting virtually indefinitely in a warm one.

Thanks for that. I'd better get a move on. I've got a greenhouse sorted
    for this weekend's project.

    Ta for that :)

So in theory what I suggested my work, I may well try it and leave it
    somewhere nice and warm :)

possibly - I just don't understand why one person would want both the
    above bikes.

ah right ... well the K1200GT SE is more of a tourer, admittedly a very fast
tourer :) the riding position being upright and very comfy.

The Kawa is much more sports orientated (and from the trip out I've just had
to the tyre fitters it's much more cramped and uncomfy)

They're both pretty similar performance up to about 110 then the Kawa gets
faster and far more blowy and the BMW accelerates not as fast but then it is
"encumbered" by a barn door and two huge panniers :)

The one I grew was an "apache". The chillis when fresh were hot, but
    not mind blowingly so.

I pickled some, and they seem to have increased in power and taken on a
hiccup inducing property. So if you want to laugh at guests, grow and
    serve some of those.

you still haven't said why you'd want both of them. In particular,
given you already had a full tourer, why buy a sports-tourer, rather
    than an out-and-out sportsbike?
