I'm often mixed them on flights and it's never really made me feel that
great to be honest. Or it might have been diazepan. I've flirted with
combinations of all 3 so...whatever.

I had some of this after my crash and when they stopped giving me
morphine but not mixed with the others. What effect are you trying to
ahieve? If you're trying to get high man just choose life.

Ah, yes, I remember it well...

Earplugs or soothing background music, lavender oil, couple of drops
on the pillow, no exercise late in the evening, no eating after 8pm,
no caffeine after 6pm, warm not hot bath an hour or so beforehand,
dark room.

I'm a hideously light sleeper and while I've tried all those the only
long term solution I've found is regular exercise and no caffeine after
midday (plus ear plugs) and maybe read until sleep. Alcohol gets me to
sleep but not in a good way.

Yes, it's a defence mechanism to avoid pointless conversation.

Ah. Well the co-dydramol contains codeine, some of which(~5%)
metabolises to morphine, which is a narcotic (sleep-inducing) drug,
but the amount of it you'd have to take to get that effect would be
quite toxic due to the paracetamol.

But the other two should knock you out pretty well without it, I'd
have thought.
