I was aware of some of the Dell supply issues, and they have some warnings on some products about long lead times. But we really wanted a laptop with XP on it, we spoke to the support lot and checked what the lead time was on the specific laptop we wanted and they predictably (in retrospect) fecked it up. We now have a delivery date in a month and laptop was needed last Monday. Long story short. Is there any way to cancel and just buy a bloody laptop from a real shop? Silly us.
