My Sprint has developed all the symptoms of having a flat back tyre but the
tyre is ok. As I turn into a slow bend the bike wants to carry straight on
(as though the bike is in a rut) and then falls into the bend too quickly
iyswim. The rear tyre profile is fine (it's only done about 1500 miles) and
front and rear pressures are spot on. I've done 10k miles on this bike and
until now the steering has been on the quick side of neutral but now it
feels like my old CB200 with its square section rear tyre. Any idea what
    might be wrong?

Having just googled for 'worn steering head bearing symptoms' I think you're
    right.
