With reference to the my recent post about servicing, is anyone in S.Herts or vaguely near able to give my 'Busa the once over on maybe the 17th or 18th? I'm going on the 20th but if there are issues, I'll need time to get parts etc. -- TD 2000 GSX1300RX (red and black) Missing: SOB, Unreliable Italian exotica, cage - What with the Internet, it doesn't take long to feel like one is an - expert on any subject these days.
If you're worried about it then the peace of mind gained by booking it in for a service is worth the money and if you're not worried then just load it up and go on holiday.
I don't mind looking over it for you. How S. in Herts are you? I'm so S. in Herts that I'm technically in Middlesex (which doesn't exist) - nearest S.Herts to me is Cuffley/Cheshunt. BTW, in case it isn't clear, I know **** all about bikes. But I can kick the tyres and tweak the chain, which by the sound of it is all you need doing.
Oh, I know that. This is ukrm, after all. YHM. Er, shall I bring the lube? -- TD 2000 GSX1300RX (red and black) Missing: SOB, Unreliable Italian exotica, cage - What with the Internet, it doesn't take long to feel like one is an - expert on any subject these days.
listen, children, if I give this bike the once over, and subsequently he crashes and burns, it's not my fault, OK?
