If I went for a ride tonight in any particular direction, would I be
likely to run into any of you at any particular venues?
It looks moderately sunny atm, and I'm *incredibly* bored.

[1]NW; 30 miles from Manchester in any direction, I guess.

I could come over and embarrass[1] your drummer if you like.

[1]unless they're also a girl and not shit.

Welcome in York for a bit of a ride around and local brew.
More than 30 miles though, more like 60.

120 miles round trip would be a bit of a stretch for a sleepy Monday
night. Thanks for the offer though.
I need to make more use of my weekends.

Well I /could/ take a trip to Brum, stay overnight & go into the office
the next day (thus ensuring work pay for the hotel). But not without a
    bit more notice.

I know my ability to type 3 words without a mistake is limited at the
moment, but that should be "bates breath".

    It really should, shouldn't it.
I'm sure I'm having successive brain aneurysms. I wake up daily and
can't remember how to spell another few words.

I'll pretend it's some kind of new sexual invention for attracting
people..... baited breath... like some kind of magic tree for your
tonsils which is also silvered so it glitters like a disco ball...
**** it, I give up, I'm not as bright as I think I am.

No-one's as bright as they think they are. Just God's little joke. Saw
a lovely sticker on a lid once that said "Don't Trust Everything You
    Think".

    Lovely!

If I was going to flatter by imitation, I'd steal the format of your
sig, which is rather cool. But I can't for the life of me work out how
to use sigs in Google Groups[1] - and as you've noticed, I'm pretty
shite at remembering to snip the feckers anyway.

[1]Since you're using Googlemail, maybe *you* know how it works?
