The last time I was on an army base, there was a colour chart in the
bogs so that squaddies could see if they were dehydrated or not.

Blimey, squaddies can even get that wrong, eh? If it's not completely
clear, then you're dehydrated to a degree.

 

Depends what you mean by 'clear'. Clear as in not cloudy is good.
Colourless is not necessarily good.
