It's pretty tricky, you have to' select your store' and the relevant
    information will appear on screen

That's not a bad deal. An equivalent spec from Clarke's is £223 albeit with
    a bigger receiver

It's not one day only. That's when they go on sale, and (as the saying
has it) "when they're gone, they're gone".

FWIW, the compressors rarely sell out in day one, IME.

Are these actually any cop, or are they disposable shite?

There's no Aldi anywhere near handy for me - but if they really are half-
decent quality and price, then I might be tempted to trawl to whatever
pikey hell-hole my nearest one lurks in. I've been promising myself a
    compressor for a while...

Isn't 24l a bit small for the tank?

You must have already selected a store then, because if you try and
select the special offers, the site will prompt you to select a store as
not all are available in all stores.
If you sign up for their email newsletter,('bout 2 a week) then the info
contained is store specific. I agree that the system is not particularly
user friendly if you want to trawl the area. They do however hold
availability centrally(office hours Mon-Fri) to save wasted journeys.

All I can say, is on several occasions, when trying new bowser and
certainly on this new machine, with no cookies, I received the prompt to
select store. Perhaps it's a setup thing but, wibble.

IP tracing. Once they tracked it to a genteel old folk's home in
Cheltenham, they kicked it off to a part of the site for people who
wouldn't be seen dead in Aldi.

I've no idea what I'd do with one but I'm still tempted.

In situations like this it really helps that there are absolutely no
    pikey supermarkets near me whatsoever.
