Stone me if you will but it's complete bollocks that fruit is particularly
good for people. It certainly isn't on the same page as vegetables and you
don't need it as part of a balanced diet.

As I said to my ex wife "if only I'd married your mother". I neglected to
vocalise "and been fucking your sister" for how much trouble can a man
    handle in one lifetime.

    **** off.

the only thing other than (salter) butter that I'd consider putting on
my toast these days would be pilchards in tomato sauce.

    Marmlade.

    FFS.

    You know nothing.
Everyone knows pilchards are eaten straight from the can, possibly with some
    chilli sauce over them.

you ever cut your tongue on the lid of a tin of pilchards on which
    you've put chilli sauce on?

If you have, you'll never fucking do it again, that's for sure.

I have for years (except when I forget to re-torque them after tyre
monkeys have been at them) and never had a problem. If Land-Rover say
that is the spec, that's fine by me.

Also means you can get the fuckers off with the supplied wrench when you
get a puncture miles from anywhere.
