    Can you email me please, I'd like to know how my mate Olie Linsdell is;
    it appears he's crashed quite heavily at Bishopscourt. We can't find
    anything online or on mainland news yet.

    Olie has major head injuries, apparently it's very serious so fingers
    are crossed for him :-(

    Just had news from the IoM. Olie has been transfered to Liverpool
    hospital in an induced coma. He doesn't have any brain bleeding but he
    is still critical. There are other injuries to his lung, eye socket and
    ankle. I'm told he'll be in the induced coma for at least two days.
    Apparently he hit a backmarker flat out in top.

    Possibly not, but the only serious offs I heard about today were
    Linsdell and Fenton - no mention of the backmarker.

    Update from the shop this afternoon. Olie's been kept in an artificial
    coma until very recently. He's been woken from it and is responding, but
    unable to talk yet.

    Looks like it's going to be a long haul.

    The backmarker stayed on.
