Still looking at alternative bikes, but need to check on the value of
    the old Zephyr:

    1996 Model ZR1100A4 on a P Plate
    Metallic dark purple
    15K Miles

    Good bits:
Tyres have plenty left in them
    Polished aluminium crash bobbins
Adjustable Jota Bars (I still have the original bars too)
    Heated Grips
Hagon Nitro stainless steel rear shocks (still have the original piggy
backs, but they need a rebuild)
Hagon progressice fork springs (still have the originals)
    Ducati monster type fly screen
    Braided brake lines

    Bad Bits
Tank has a few scratches and a small dent.
    It's metallic dark purple.

Other than that , it's all there.

I reckon it's got be be worth somewhere between £1500 and £2000. Am I
in the right ball park, or have I chosen the wrong sport alltogether?

    TIA

Too much time to think, too little to do.

  2. Funnily enough, people seem to want Zephyrs, though the 750 is more in
demand than the 1100 (and nobody wants the 550). So yes, you're right,
but I'd narrow it down to £1600-1800.
