The S4 is the older version of the S4R, so they've already
been devalued by those. There are some cracking deals on
Ducatis at the moment, especially at some of the dealerships
that aren't doing too well at the moment.

Spotted an S4R on the DSC board which, although would cost
you more than a grand to change, would probably be a better
    deal all in:

"This bike is immaculate as anyone will tell you who knows
me and comes with decat pipes, low level termis, steering
damper, carbon rear tray. I've had her since new and she
was originally registered in Nov 2004. Current mileage is
just over 4,000, properly run in and fully serviced having
just had an oil change. Reduced price at £5800."

Chris, the owner, is in Surrey. He had a major off on a
996 a couple of years ago and went for the S4R to get
back into bikes. He's now going back to a sportsbike
hence he wants to get rid of the S4R. If you need more
    details, drop me a line.

thanks, Ant, but I ideally want to get this sorted before my insurance
runs out at the end of October, so I haven't got the luxury of time to
    sell the 'blade.
