I've asked this years ago, but I need to know what the current market
    value would be....

    Bit of an oddity.

    1981 W
    Honda Melody
    760 miles from new
Not been used properly for years - I've just run it up and down the
    street every few months.
Condition: wheels and exhaust have surface rust. 'pocket' on back of
fairing snapped and fibreglassed over (on the rear - more or less
invisible), front shopping basket still in place.

Any ideas? - one of the old blokes doing voluntary work with my mum has
made noises about buying it off her.

With no MOT, viewed just as a scooter, it's worth sod-all.

As a low mileage oddity that wouldn't take more than a day to bring back
to near showroom condition - who knows?

    Cheers,

  2. As it stands, maybe £50.

    Taxed and MoT'd, double.

Funnily enough, he's just offered her £100.

She told him she had to speak to me first.

  4. Rip his arm off. Spares for these things are hard to find, and it's a
    horrible little moped anyway.

Sold, for £125. Without MOT, tax or battery.

    I'd say that's a result.

    No - just a bog-standard 'old' W plate.
