    As you are the food expert.

    We were reading the ingredients on the pancake mix and saw 'honey
    powder'. How is this made, remove the water from the honey?

  4. There is about 15% water in good honey. No idea how you turn it into a
    dry powder though, given that it's so sticky.

    Ah, I see. It's using wheat as a sort of sawdust, really. Sounds foul.
    Why not have real honey?

    It's in a ready made mix that B brought home. The pancakes it turns out
    are not that great so it's in the bin.
