    Depends on context. If we were looking at an atlas, I'd understand
    lat/long as (degrees) ' minutes and " seconds and with time, then yes,
    'm/"s but ITYF Krusty was making a joke, you humourless cunts, as well
    as utilising our quaint Imperial measurement system in a strike against
    the useful but ultimately rather staid decimal system.
