    There's legislation, you know. It sets limits for a given vehicle, as
    to the weight that can be towed. Generally, the towing weight is set
    at a percentage of the vehicle's weight, as too great a weight will
    cause the 'tail to wag the dog' and the towing vehicle's brakes will
    not be up to the job. I think that the sight of a bike towing a car
    would be sufficient for an instant nick and points being added to the
    licence in due course.
