Parking in North Sydney

    Hi Gang,
    What's the story about bike parking in North Sydney? Is it
    true that everyone's been getting tickets for parking in all the regular
    bike spots? I didn't think the council could fine people for parking on
    private property, but I've noticed bikes are absent from popular places that
    are definitely not council land.
