Noticed filling the bike this evening that my limit on pay at pump has
gone from £59 to £80. At least I'll be able to fill the 156 now.

Is this because the banks changed something, or simply cos the damned
petrol is so expensive? Anyone know?

My local Esso or whatever it is still had a limit of 59 quid the other
day but the Asda in Wycombe went up to 70 or so months ago.

    Exciting thread this, innit.

Local place that I use to fill up with LPG has upped the limit to 50ukp
from 40 - just as they put up the price to 47p per litre. So I guess
    it's connected to the price.

I put £ 96.55 of diesel in the 'Velle tonight and that was an eye opener for
me. It will probably be £100 per tank next week.
£17.00 for the FJ fill-up is pretty damn scary too.
When I first got it it was ~£9.80 per tank full.

It's informative. I didn't know ANY garage had a limit.

  8. Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Beav
    For "Pay at Pump"? Definitely.

The other places get a bit twitchy if you go North of 100 litres.

The A8 would be at least a ton to fill up from empty at current prices
(90l tank), and that's just unleaded.
Try 25 quid for the BMW every second day. It's a bit scary/annoying if
you made it to the 10th and noticed that you've already blown half your
    monthly fuel budget...

Clucking hell, that's quite a big tank for the bike.

heh. Don't they ever. Try filling up eight 20 litre jerry cans in
the side door of a transit.
