It is my intention, and you all are informed thereof herein, to run a
    Pennine Pagans Club.

I may grow a beard, but they are not compulsory, not even for women.

Members must know and love the Pennine region, and be willing to research
the flora and fauna therein as well as the anthropology of the region's
    settlement and its ongoing habitation.

The length of time members must be able to survive in the wild, solo, in the
region is under consideration, but three months in winter is what I am
thinking of as the standard for myself as founder; no prospect will be
expected to attain standards I have not myself lived up to.

I'd like to be able to name a day and pub any dissenters can argue this
club's point with me; until I've got a regular driving gig those of you who
know me will have to rely on your existing networks in order to get in touch
in order iron out any of the technicalities you dream up.

Membership is open to anyone with a bike license.

Custodial duties pertaining to common land are implicit.

No rivalry is implied with any other club.

    Pennine Pagan.

Isn't that where the Northern monkeys in 'Lock Stock & Two Smoking
Barrels' come from?....where the drainage ditches along the roadside are
dug deep to stop your knuckles dragging?

Will you have 'out of country' membership (free of course)?

A word with the apostrophe in the wrong place?....Being human, I make
mistakes, but it shouldn't offend a dyslexic like yourself. :)

Please replace it with 'you've' to help your comprehension (a bigger
hint.....'you have') of such a 'typo crime'.

(And here was me thinking the Yanks could be dense!)

I know the Pennines are in England somewhere. Does that qualify me
    for membership?
That's more like it. I'd much rather spend those 3 winter months
in a nice warm cozy pub. Does that count?

Sounds like an interesting place to explore on foot, but motorcyclists
are usually not as interested in getting up walking on their hind legs
as they are in buggering each other.

I've found they tend to run at the sight of a strap on.

OK, OK, "they tend to limp away rapidly at the sight of a strap-on".

    How's that?
