Piaggio Zip 50 Scooter

  1. "I only have vague knowledge" "as I understand" etc.

Not the evidence I'd use to brand someone a thief, but each to their own.

He's back on the car groups - having morphed. Again.

Well, there's a lot of evidence on the 'net of him sending out faulty
items, then claiming they must have been damaged in the post and
    refusing to refund the buyer.

He also bought something that was a (known) faulty OEM part then tried
to rip off the manufacturer for a replacement.

And yes, he did accept money from BORG for memory that didn't arrive.

Quite a long history of this kind of thing, all the time whilst claiming
    poverty.

  6. It appears in Jersey you have a have a provisional licence (which lasts 6
months) as well as a CBT before you can start riding, also the provisional
licence only lasts 6 months and you have to attempt your theory before it
expires, the CBT lasts 3 years...
    http://www.gov.je/TransportTechnicalServices/Transport/DVS/Driving/CBT.htm
it also on your bike before taking the CBT whereas in the UK they will only
give insurance once you have your CBT

  7. I recall that. The fucking idiot was asking on uk.comp.homebuilt or
similar about it and describing what he was up to.

  8. You obviously missed the point, as soon as someone pointed out that the
warranty was non transferable I knew I wasn't going to get it replaced, but
I kept it going for entertainment value and also becuase I was pissed off
about it, some people obviously thought I was stupid enough to really think
I was going to get it replaced but I was just being a dick.

Somewhere there's a thread on Creative's support forum where he's asking
about getting a replacement for his faulty graphics card and it all goes
wrong when someone posts the ebay auction where he'd bought it already
    described as faulty.

Before it even arrived he'd posted a thread on the ebay group about whether
to neg the seller if it turned out to be a different fault to the one he'd
    hoped it might be!

Nobody who rides a scooter gives a **** about popularity but I suppose
that when you've been a **** all your life you have to get used to it.

  11. Someone had pointed out on the newsgroup that the warranty was non
tranferable on the newsgroup I was posting too before someone posted the
link on the Creative forum, so I knew I wasn't going to get it replaced, do
you honestly think I`m that stupid? I think you must be niave.
Its a common problem on eBay where people misdescribe faults.
