Which one's are Tinkers?

 

Tinker is a generic and generally derogatory term now used to refer to any
group travelling people. It was originally used to refer to itinerant
tinsmiths who would travel around mending pots and pans.

 

I use it for cheapskates, & for thieving caravan-dwelling scum. If the
groups of the latter who turn up en masse, park without permission on
someone's land & nick anything within 20 miles that isn't chained down
are a race, then I'll happily accept the racist tag.

 

No bother at all, the euro is accepted at most gaffs, too.
