Pillioning with an older bloke.

Is it just me or is it weird for a mid 20's guy to take a virtual stranger
(met at a local servo and supermarket 3-4 times in total over past two
years) in his mid fortys for a pillion ride? The mid forties guy who has
shown a keen interest in motorbikes but does not have one of his own keeps
calling my bro (who is in his mid 20's) to take him for a pillion ride. He
says he does not live in our local area (even though he is at our local
service stations and supermarket) and is reluctant to say where he lives or
what his situation is. Is this bloke a weirdo or am I just being too
judgemental? More importantly do you think it's wise my bro takes this bloke
on a pillion ride even though he knows nothing about him? He came to our
house in his car but it was raining and my bro didnt want to ride in the
rain so today he calls up wondering if it O.K for a second try. Kinda weird
don't you think? The guy seems OK but it all seems kinda weird don't you
    think?

Troll. Go to aus.culture.lesbigay and find some friends there.

Clearly your brother likes older men - after all, he gave out his number
after meeting his new sweety at a servo/supermarket a few times. Given
that, I can't (and won't) imagine what the rush of a thrilling bike ride
pressed against the back of your brother could lead to... eeeerrrrgh

Gees I should've stopped drinking a few hrs ago - must not respond to
trolls... must not respond to trolls.... must not...

LOL..sorry Dave, I am not a troll but I do appreciate your drunken reply in
all it's glory. i have given my brother quite a bit of shit about it. He
reckons the bloke reminds him of Jay Leno. I asked him "does he have the
dimple on the chin", and my bro got kinda got embarressed, and said "i don't
know". Do you really think this bloke wants to plug my brothers butt or
could it just be an innocent thing our our older minds are making ugly?

Hehe - actually I'm not drunk at all, but for some reason thought I could
see a few holes in the story - esp. the bit where your bro gave his number
    to this guy?!

For my part, I would not be encouraging this one little bit, esp. as the guy
appears to be keeping info. to himself. I cannot imagine ever entertaining
the idea, let alone agreeing to take some bloke - a complete stranger no
less - for a spin on my bike. I'm no homophobe, but there are other risks
too - what happens if there's some kind of accident? What if he's a conman?
Perhaps this guy is not emotionally stable (could be a reasonable assumption
IMHO) etc. Perhaps he's kosher but is it worth the risk?

If however, "he" was a "she".... um... weeell, Lisa would kill me...

Tell your brother to consider the risks with his new 'friend' Jay Leno.

    Cheers,
    Dave

Thankyou for that mature reply Dave Ello, but to me, it does appear you
maybe a homophobe by hiding behind your Lisa.

Hmmm..... there was some cred there mate until that last bit. I happen to
have a number of gay friends who would laugh you down for that - I'm afraid
your comment doesn't make sense. Lisa as it turns out is my wife.

    *shakes head* :)

P.S. I'm out of this thread now so post away, but I won't be responding.

Sorry man, you didn't deserve that, thanks for your replys. It does seem
though, your only basis for giving a stranger a pillion ride is solely based
    on sexuality.

Which is fair enough. Ask yourself, if a 40 year man with an unknown
background wanted to be your friend wouldn't you be a little sus? 19 year
old girls with big tits don't have a history of being stalkers, rapists,
thieves, conmen or murderers. Their boobs also feel a lot better rubbing
    against your back :)

So much for me not replying.... hehe

I pillion my mates all the time, regardless of which way they swing - don't
care. They are, however, good friends that I have known for ages and aren't
going to "surprise" me in any way - ie. with a knife or otherwise. This is
the point I was trying to make - had nothing to do with being gay or
whatever, despite my earlier attempt at humour on that basis.

As Uncle Bully said however, I especially like to have a female attached to
the back of me on the bike - could have something to do with me being
straight and also the great feel of boobies against my back.... mmmmmm :)

    Cheers and take it easy,
    Dave

Nah, they bugger up the handling, make a 3 day ride into a 5 day one and if
you leave 'em at home you'll have a lot more money to spend on beer.

Tell your brother to go right on ahead. (It doesn't hurt if you do it

    Ello Dave,

Thanks again for your reply and i fully agree with you almost 100%. You
sound like the type of bloke I would love to hang onto if I had boobies.
Just for the record, the older bloke is now phone stalking my brother. He
phoned at 10.30pm last night, 7.30 and 10.30am this morning. My brother
doesn't answer his mobile, he just see's his number displayed so knows it's
him. I have told my brother, he has made arrangements with the guy by giving
his phone number, so he should go through with it or answer the phone, and
tell the guy he doesn't want to do it anymore.

Personally, I think the whole thing is innocent and this guy is just a very
forward person, after all, he was quite happy to leave his car here and he
thinks my brother lives with his parents. It would also be interesting to
see how he sits on the back of my bros bike. ie: Does he hold my brother
tight around the waist or sit up like a real bloke would? Maybe he would sit
up like a real bloke, then as soon as he gets down the driveway and out onto
the road he might start to feel my brother up. Either way, I think my bro
should go through with it just to put an end to this rather bizaar story,
don' t you think? The whole thing could be completely innocent, it could be
our over cautious minds making it into a horrible and dirty affair. I just
don't know, but I think this guy deserves the benefit of the doubt before
being prosecuted on suspicion. Maybe i will follow my bro with my vid cam
attached to my bike, just to see what happens.
