Eh? Mine's a full-fat 155BHP matey, none of your neutered Froggie crap.

It must be way up in the stratospheric end of the rev-range, then, cos
    it didn't feel like it.

It's got VVT. It makes it all the way through, so you don't get the big
bang effect. It's all remarkably unfussed, until you glance down and
realise that you're going fucking fast.

I suspect that 155bhp gives it a power to weight ratio similar to that
    of a CG125.

I thought they were supposed to be more torquey than the on I've got.

Oh. I didn't rev it extra much, on account of it not being mine.

WUN aside, I'm loving it. It's true that I'm running around on a
neutered bike, but as Andy said somewhere way up there ^^^, you don't
miss the power, if you've never had it. It's still very torquey though.

At any rate, I've come from a lardy GSX14 to a nimble Z1000 and ****
me, I can really feel the difference. Let's put it another way. I'm
paranoid when I open the post box now, in case there are loads of
    French NIPs.

I didn't think the French ever had any Nips, just Vietnamese and some
    North Africans.

According to Kwak, the smaller throttle bodies and slightly smaller valves
give an increase in torque at at lower revs at the cost of just a couple or
three brake horses at WOT, so it should be more tractable than the 06 and
earlier versions. Unless it's put on some weight, that is.
