    It's a shame, because beef quite often needs something to pep it up a

    Not a 'carpaccio' fan then, I take it.

    There used to be an Italian restaurant in the Cité Europe at Coquelles
    where if you ordered a plate of carpaccio they would keep replenishing
    it. In your case the operative word would have to be ad nauseam. I only
    ever managed two.
