So it's my new toy and I've been looking through the iTunes
links for podcasts and stuff, and found that there are
some quite interesting podcasts to download and listen too.

I found myself listening to a half-hour show from BBC radio
about asteroids, ffs, but it gives some variety to music
    on the commute.

Anyone recommend any more? Or any volunteers for a UKRM
podcast to read out the highlights of the week?

All work stops when this comes on the air.

    Some are very funny.

Try the Dawn & Drew show, despite being American the humour is good and they
manage to give their podcast the feeling of a free-flowing conversation.

It's also worth having a look at

Melvyn Bragg, In Our Time, that would have been. An excellent series, well
    worth podcasting

I listen to Capital anyway, but thanks for that. The Confessions is a
    damn
good show too - I used to listen to it streamed over t'internet when I
    was
in San Fran, as it would be on about 4pm.

Confessions? Never heard of that, I'm going to have a look for it
though, those slots are really good.

Do you ever listen to the daily dilemma and some of the suggestions that
people text in? Hilarious, some of them.

    That's James Cannon as well.
