One of my pals is a black guy who rides a majorly blinged up KTM SuperDuke and apart from being a bit of a giant and visually VERY menacing, his bike makes him look big tart. I can't be seen riding near this thing to be honest, but I reckon if I did and Plod stopped us, he'd soon decide to let us toddle off. Derek Redmond, him of Olympic running fame, now races a ZX10R in an endurance series. I've done running repairs on it at a couple of trackdays There's a couple of Asian lads racing with Bemsee, one of them smashed his bike up quite badly at Brands two weekends ago. I know of at least 5 black or Asian lads who ride bikes locally.
