Proper Motorcycle....

  1. Spotted at H's Cafe at the weekend....

    Chap built it up from boxes of bits that were going to the tip
    apparently.
    A lot of the parts are original honda racing kit as well inc the
    frame.
    I thought it was rather lovely.

    So do I. I think that's a CB900 lump in there. I do hope it's stuffed
    full of RSC bits.

    But why the oil level indicator on the 'oil tank' (where it would be on a
    750K2 anyway). Aren't the 750/900DOHC lumps wet sump?

  5. It was a standard 900 lump, the chap has the RSC engine, but it's shot
    to bits, and full of so many trick parts that it's proving a costly
    and engineeringly challenging exercise apparently. I like it as most
    people just do the normal freddie replicas with that sort of build,
    nice to see one done differently.
