For those with a passing interest in what is possibly the single worst
film I've ever bought on DVD (and that includes Troll 2), BBC Four are
showing Psychomania on Saturday night after a documentary on British B
    movies.

One for Champ, I suspect, if he can find time in his busy sleep
    schedule.

I'll loan you my copy of Troll 2 in exchange - it's mind-blowing.

Excellent, one of the all time great outlaw bikers (who don't actually do
much outside the law except mildly hassle people) / zombie movies. A film I
love, made in the year I was born and showing on my birthday - cool.

    "How fast you been?"
    "90"
"Yeah, and then you woke up"

    More praise here ... http://www.britishhorrorfilms.co.uk/psychomania.shtml

Sounds right up my street. As does 'Shark Attack 3: Megalodon',.

In fact, I'm going to buy this:

Ahh, and I see that Penny Leatherbarrow had the role as "woman in the
    police station".

She played Glenda Brownlow in Crossroads

I'd suggest you drink a glass or two (and read the reviews) before
watching, so you don't suffer the same reaction as Mr Highbrow

T watched "Python" last night - enormous snake falls 23,000 feet then
    starts eating lesbians.

    That sound more your thing?

Pah! I am capable of appreciating a film within it's own context.. Not
    everything is Citizen Kane.

On the other hand, I may be in a suitable state when I return from the
pub tomorrow night. I shall read the reviews this evening.

Should one watch it before B v P to appreciate the series fully?

    Probably.

But only if you're willing to sit through Boa and Python 2 too
