well, that that!! Some low life scumbag b*stards have stolen my R1,
yesterday, outside the gym in Chepstow, within 15 minutes of me
getting inside. The R1 was alarmed, immobilised and steering locked,
but 2 guys just picked it up - alarm screaming - and put it in the
back of a white transit & then gone! It was all on cctv, with a
witness who described the guys & the reg no of the van, the lot. The
polive have taken all that & a copper mate who was on duty said the
call had gone out to everyone, but we're not hopeful at all :-(( A
mad, p*ssed off, upset bunny I am right now.

  2. Look on the bright side, they have a great deal of info to be going on
and with a little bit of luck you will get to find out the names and
    addresses of the scum.

Mind you if you should happen to need a bit of consoling while you are
    waiting...

Hopefully some dreadful injury will occur whilst they are unloading it.

I thought you were going to say the tree had gone but the bike was left.

There was a Harley chap who broke down. He chained the bike to a tree
and went for help. When he returned, the tree had been cut down and the
    bike was gone.

Shitty news. I hope they die nasty and painful deaths at the hands of

Indeed. Sad but true. And I'd guess you net a bit more than a couple of
hundred if you're breaking a Tiger that you acquired for nowt.

  11. Sad news - however, don't lose hope yet. When my B12 suffered the same
fate in Amsterdam, I didn't have any of the info you did, nor CCTV -
however, a few weeks later the ClogPlod called to say they had recovered
the bike (A transit van full of bikes to be correct) all intact.

Sorry to hear that, Jen. I can imagine how upset you are.

We still owe you half a bottle of shampoo, which may go some way
towards compensating you for the loss of your bike!

Bastards, hope you get it back, or get a decent payout, ASAP.

Seems to be the season for thieves, I had the CID knocking on my front
door at the crack of noon today asking if I'd seen any odd characters
around as some had burgled a neighbour's house last night.

Oddly I heard nothing, and was up watching movies 'til about 4AM, found
a size 9 trainer with a broken lace in my back garden though, so that's
gone to the plod just in case it's a criminals shoe.
