Both towns have some areas where ne'er-do-wells tend to aggregate. Caldicot
in particular has some of those low rise blocks of flats with the horrid
metal fire escapes. The sort of thing you expect to see used as a crack den
in episodes of NYPD Blue.

However, I doubt this was a local job. More likely an organised outfit from
somewhere along the M4 corridor. The services at Magor are their favourite
spot. Loads of bikes get nicked from there every year. One such outfit was
nicked by plod last year IIRC. Several bikes in various states of being
dismantled were found in a lock up in Cardiff. I've looked for the news

I've renewed after that report was published.

CN have been crap for me for a few years now, but I managed to insure
both bikes, on separate policies, for around £260. Both FC, too.

 

Bad luck Jen, hope they catch leprosy while you

'ere thanoze) at one of them snack caravans, but I went without believing
