This is a really cool Demonstration Race. A R1 Motorcycle vs a Porsche
Carrera vs a F16 Fighter Plane. The Motorcycle is amazing. I hope this
was not already posted a hundred times.

PS.: my F16 is unfortunately in the shop right now

Doesn't look like an F16... could it be something Russian?
Looks to be a 'white russian' flag that they use to start with.
It's high wing and has twin intakes fairly high on the fuselage,
whereas the F16 has one belly mounted - it doesn't even look like a
Hornet. Could be something by MiG or Sukhoi.
I was surprised the car had enough room to catch and pass the bike,
yeah it's far faster on paper (also not sure it's an R1...) but to
make that much ground is quite something.

To me the jet looks like a Sepecat Jaguar, but there are a few fighters that look similar and it's hard to know for sure with the
    crappy video quality

Even better, not only is it not a F16, it is not an R1, nor is it a Porsche
    Carerra :))
The plane is unknown, it's none of the fighters any western Air Force uses.
The Porsche is either a Turbo or some GT variant.
The bike looks to be perhaps a ZX? (who can really tell with jap bikes
    anyway?)

Also not sure about how quickly the Porsche overtakes the bike either at
what is presumably the bike's top speed. Most Jap litre bikes would get to
300km/h whereas the Porsche looks to doing 100km/h faster when it over
    takes.

Unless of course a few of us are correct in our belief that it's a Sepecat Jaguar.

    :p

Nah, no two ways about it. It's a Jaguar.

Of the high-winged smallish fighters out there, the MiG-23 and -27 have
much chunkier tailfins and swing-wings, the trailing edge of the tailfin
on the Su-25 is vertical, not swept.

The thing's too big to be a Yugoslav Jastreb or Orao ground-attack
fighter (not that there would be any of those still getting around), or
    a Dornier Alpha-Jet advanced trainer.

    I'll shut up now...

No it's not. The Panavia Tornado is one of my all-time favourite fighter jets. I'd know that if I saw it, and that is not it.

The more I look at that vid, the more I'm convinced it's a Jaguar.

This video has been around for about 3yrs now, Not sure what the jet is,
But the Porsche looks to be a Turbo, By the color of the bike, I'm
guessing a ZX6R, Would explain why the porsche passes it so fast once it
    catches up.

    Why? ;-)

The Alpha-jet has a far more rounded style to it. The Mig-23 and -27 have much longer wings (although the body shape is very
similar), and the SU-25 to me looks closer to a Buccaneer.

I dunno about the other two but the bike rider doesn't ever look like he's
    trying very hard.
He seems to be just sitting up and watching the view!

Look at the undercarriage, look at the nose-on profile, particularly the
wing shape and weapons mounting points under the wing. Compare with the
    Jaguar. It's a Jaguar.

I thought the same thing, then I thought again and guess he is linking to
    pics of a 03 r6

Except that's not an 03 R6 in the clip. The bike in the clip has
three-spoke wheels and usd forks (can see the glint from the chromed
slider); an 03 R6 has five-spoke wheels and rwu forks.

Going by the flat tail and the position of the mirrors, that's an
'02-'03 R1 in the clip... he must've just buttoned off early.
