R1 Sold!!

    Thought i would test the water, due to ordering the new bike, sold it for
    £2500.

    Not bad for a very clean 99 R1..

    And i have a large deposit, too...

    So how long is that going to last in your sig? I was looking enviously
    at the new sill Simon has ready for his today.

    Keeping it for at least over winter, might sell in spring when i get the new
    bike :)

    BTW, there's a place round here (mx5 motors) that does the rear arches,
    sills & paint for £650!! They do a great job too.

    Clutch supplied & fit - £195!

    They did my underbody waxoyl, really nice decent folk.
